When he decides to be the noble predator once more, he flies up into my mimosa tree, which is all of six feet tall. It's much shorter once he lands on the branches and makes it sag to the ground, but I suppose it makes him feel superior and scary to the rodents below.
Therefore, this drawing is "loosely inspired" by my little friend. Kind of like if reality were a book, and I drew the movie version. Here are the 3 stages (or versions) of the drawing as it went from paper to print:
Drawing was done on standard printer paper with a Bic mechanical pencil. I inked it with Sharpie pens in different sizes. Coloring is digital.
Both the white and black background pieces are available in my Society6 shop on a variety of products.
